Overview
Our refund and return policy is valid for 7 days from the date of delivery. If more than 7 days have passed, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received it.
- It must be returned in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
We strongly recommend making an unboxing video at the time of opening the parcel to support your return/refund claim in case of damage or missing items.
Important Note: No Need to Ship Yourself
You do not need to ship the return parcel yourself.
Simply inform us via email or phone, and our representative will pick up the item from your location.
All pickup and return shipping expenses will be borne by us.
Return Eligibility – Damaged or Non-Working Items
- If the product is received damaged or not in working condition, you are fully eligible for a return or exchange.
- Kindly provide clear evidence, preferably an unboxing video, to ensure a valid and hassle-free claim process.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
- Intimate or sanitary products
- Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases
- Downloadable software
- Gift cards
- Some health and personal care items
Partial Refunds May Be Granted For:
- Books with visible signs of use
- Opened CDs, DVDs, software, or similar media
- Items not in original condition or missing parts not due to our error
- Items returned after the 7-day window
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection of your refund via email.
If approved:
- A refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within a few business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund has not appeared yet:
- Re-check your bank account
- Contact your credit card company (processing may take time)
- Contact your bank

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refund.
Sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
To request an exchange for the same item, contact us at care@uptownshop.pk and we’ll arrange pickup from your location.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and sent directly to you:
- You will receive a gift credit once the return is received.
- A gift certificate will be sent to your address.
If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
