Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel an order, contact Uptownshop.pk as soon as possible at care@uptownshop.pk or +92-305-1911115. Include your order number, name, and the contact details used at checkout.

Before dispatch

You may request cancellation before your order is dispatched. We will check its status and confirm whether cancellation has been completed. Sending a request does not by itself confirm that dispatch has stopped.

After dispatch

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible. Contact us so we can check whether the courier can stop delivery. If the parcel is delivered, any return will be handled under our 7-day Return and Refund Policy. Do not arrange your own return shipment; we will coordinate approved collection.

Cancellation by Uptownshop

We may cancel an order if stock is unavailable, payment is unsuccessful, delivery is not possible, essential order details cannot be verified, a material pricing or listing error occurs, or there is a reasonable concern about fraud. We will inform you using the contact details provided and refund any amount collected for the cancelled items and associated unfulfilled delivery.

Refunds for cancelled orders

For an approved cancellation before dispatch, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled order to the original payment method within a few business days. Payment providers may require additional processing time. An unpaid cash-on-delivery order has no payment to refund.

Changes to an order

Requests to change an item, quantity, address, or telephone number should be made before dispatch. We will confirm whether the change is possible and explain any price difference. If it cannot be made, we will discuss the available cancellation or return options.

Partial cancellations and discounts

If only part of an order is cancelled, we will confirm the revised order total and refund due before proceeding. Any effect on a bundle offer, discount, or shipping threshold must be explained to you. We will not substitute products or collect an additional amount without your agreement.

Connection with other policies

Cancellation concerns stopping an order before delivery. Returns concern items already received. The Return and Refund Policy governs eligibility, inspection, exchanges, and refunds for delivered products. These policies do not exclude rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
