Product descriptions, specifications, sizes, and available options are shown on the relevant product pages. Screen settings may affect how colours appear. This does not excuse a materially incorrect description or the delivery of an incorrect product. Products are subject to stock availability.

Prices and payments

The currency, product price, delivery charges, and any applicable taxes will be displayed before you complete your order. Available payment methods are shown at checkout. If a pricing or listing error affects your order, we will contact you before proceeding; you may cancel and receive a refund of any amount paid for the cancelled order.

Order confirmation

An order acknowledgement confirms receipt of your request. Acceptance is confirmed when we notify you that your order has been accepted or dispatched. We may decline or cancel an order because of unavailable stock, failed payment, incorrect information, a material listing error, or suspected fraud. We will notify you and refund any payment collected for an order we cannot fulfil.

Delivery and after sales support

Delivery arrangements are explained in our Shipping Policy. Eligible return requests must be reported within 7 days of delivery. We arrange collection and bear approved return pickup and shipping expenses. Exchanges, refunds, and cancellations are governed by the respective policies.

Website content owned by or licensed to Uptownshop.pk may not be copied or commercially reused without permission. Third-party websites linked from our site operate under their own terms and privacy practices.

Applicable rights and policy updates

These terms are subject to applicable laws of Pakistan and do not exclude consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Updated terms will show a revised effective date. Changes will apply prospectively and will not reduce the terms already agreed for an existing order.
